I made a couple frames in illustrator and exported them as png's. Then I brought them into photoshop to create the gif. Honestly figuring out the form of my pattern was really hard to do because I wanted to make something visually intriguing, but I struggled with that. Which resulted in me starting over a lot. So in the end, I just decided to keep it simple and see where it takes me.
